Social Butterfly:
It's a word/title that is usually used to describe someone that is popular. Often times those people are friendly or pretty. It is not always used to describe popularity alone, it could also be describing someone who is friendly to strangers. Someone who is VERY social and easygoing; can be either a male or a female. Usually these people don't belong to a particular group, but rather jump from one group to another and accepted in all of them.
Butterfly Effect:
The theory that even the smallest step one takes in his/her life can change the course of said life immensely. The name of this theory came to be when a Chaos Theory stated: "It has been said that something as small as the flutter of a butterfly's wing can ultimately cause a typhoon halfway around the world."
Social Butterfly Effect:
Many of us now-a-days are not only connected by our personal interactions (work, nightlife, school, etc.), our phones (text messages, calls) but also by the explosion of social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and millions more have us connected in this vast social web. Like it or not you are smack dab in the center of it! The question is: why can't or haven't we used all the people that we try so hard to connect with and do something useful with it? We can change the world and make it someplace that we are proud to hand down to the next generations. The goal for me creating this social project is to use all of my friendships that I have spent so much time and effort in creating and focusing all that energy into small events that could have larger ripples within our community.
